Troy had a wreck on his track today and broke BOTH of his ankles, but not only broke both ankles, he also broke his right heel. I was at the wreck and have been at the hospital with Donna and Troy today....the surgeon's have said that they will more than likely have to do surgery on Troy's right heel. He will be transferred to a room in the hospital sometime tonight. He is at the emergency room at Shelby Hospital in Alabaster. They will do the surgery either tonight, but most likely in the morning.
Please keep Troy, Donna and the kids in your prayers! They are such awesome people!!!!
By the way, I have already notified Scott Aaron and Johnny West of this incident.

| We are so sorry to hear That Troy was injured! This is a very serious injury for a working man like Troy. I broke my heal three years ago in 5 places and was on crutches for four months! It still bothers me today. We will remember Troy and his family in prayers tonight and hope he makes a fast recovery. . Scotty, Carol and Cole Collins, |

Man, I hate to hear this!!! Troy rode so well Sat at Warrior and we had a blast. I can't believe this has happened. I know this will be difficult on him with how active he is. Troy, you Donna and the family will be in our thoughts and prayers and we're hoping for a fast recovery. |

| Man, I hate to hear that about THE Ironman. Get well soon Troy. Sounds like you might get some more hardware. Glad to hear it wasn't a femur this time. |

Troy,
Really sorry to hear about you getting hurt. I remember Scott Aaron telling me one time, "That Troy is tough as a pine knot!" That was after we watched you get air-lifted from Monster Mountain with the femur.
We will keep you, the kids and Donna in our prayers. Let us know if there is any way we can help.

Just talked to Troy. They did surgery on his left ankle last night. His right ankle was to swollen for surgery. Yesterday morning when I saw it, it was a pretty purple and red and looked like it had and airhose hooked up to it. Anyway he's none to happy. He thought he was getting out this morning. Now he's not sure when they'll take care of the right ankle. |

| I went and seen Troy last night. Like Jim said his right foot was really swollen and they couldnt operate on it. They took all the pre-existing hardware out of his left leg, tib/fib rods and a plate. Look, all the injuries are something that Troy will be able to deal with all on his own. He has been there and done that, just like many of us have in the past. BUT, I am not aware of his bills, but mine kept on coming to the house even though I wasnt able to walk, much less work. I was fortunate enough to have some family finacially support me till I got back on my feet (pun intended). I dont think that Troy will be getting much help, unless its from all of US. Lets get together somehow, like at the next local race and do something for Troy. |

Donna asked me to order some Crossbone t-shirts and I will be able to pick them up tomorrow. I will be at Corner on Saturday to sell the t-shirts to help raise some money for Troy & Donna. I will also have a donation bucket there as well.
Donna just started a new job on Tuesday, so needless to say she has been going non-stop.
Let's all pitch in and help them out. I know they would do the same for any of us.

| Stopped in to see Troy this morning and take him some mags. He's in fairly good spirits although a little down about his situation. He thinks they are going to release him tomorrow and them maybe go back in next week for surgery on his right ankle after the swelling goes down. If they do release him it wouldn't surprise me if he showed up at corner. |
